软件安装与介绍
一、软件简介
扭转试验机控制系统是专门用于测试金属材料、非金属材料、复合材料以及构件的扭转性能指标的一套软件系统,集数据采集、自动控制、数据管理于一体。功能齐全,界面直观。主要有以下特点。
1、 标准的Windows界面风格,简洁直观,操作简单,易于掌握。
2、 实时采集并显示扭矩,扭角。
3、 同时记录扭角-时间,扭矩-扭角,扭矩-时间可随时切换观察,任意放大缩小,任意方向移动。
4、 试验数据采用数据库管理方式,自动保存所有试验数据和相应曲线。。
5、 仅支持中文格式的数据报表,并能够将数据报表导入到Word中。
二、运行环境
1、硬件配置最低要求
PIII
1.0GHz 内存256M 硬盘 20G 显示器 1024*768分辨率 16位真彩色显示器,串行口,鼠标,键盘,喷墨打印机或激光打印机。
2、操作系统
Windows2000/XP
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
三、软件安装
1、首先在光盘或电脑中找到软件的安装文件如下图:
2、用鼠标双击,运行该文件,就会出现一个安装程序的初始化界面。如下图:
3、一秒钟后,出现如下窗口,直接选择“下一步”即可。
4、请选择“下一步”,接下来出现选择程序文件夹的窗口,一般不需要修改默认设置,直接选择“下一步”即可。
5、然后出现的是选择安装路径的窗口,程序默认安装路径是 “C:\Program Files\PowerTest”。用户也可以根据需要修改。如果没有必要的话直接使用默认路径选择“下一步”即可。
6、接下来出现安装进度的窗口,界面如下:
7、稍等片刻时候,会出现安装完成的窗口,直接点“关闭”即可。
注意事项:
如果用户电脑中已经安装有该软件系统,由于某些原因需重新安装,请在重新安装前根据具体情况把原安装目录下的一些相关文件进行备份,包括:实验数据文件、曲线数据文件、传感器标定数据文件、配置文件等。尤其是“传感器标定数据文件”,如果已经对试验机完成了数据标定操作,请切记安装前将其备份。安装新软件后再将刚才备份的那些数据文件拷贝到新的安装目录下即可。
四、软件卸载
打开开始菜单,找到“弹簧机控制系统”这个程序文件夹,在扩展菜单中选择“卸载弹簧机控制系统1.0”.如下图:

主界面如下:
主界面分为下列部分:菜单栏,数值显示面板,曲线图显示面板,操作面板,数据面板。
下面对各部分分别说明:
1、菜单
1.1 系统
u 关闭:退出应用程序。
1.2 视图
u 工具栏:选中该项目是显示常用工具图标。图示
u 试验报告:显示试验数据及分析结果。
1.3 标定传感器
u 扭转传感器:查看或重新标定传感器数据。
u 光电编码器:查看或重新标定传感器数据。
1.4设置
u 系统设置:设置系统相关参数(预加载力,过载保护等)。
预紧扭矩:开始试验后,当值达到该设定值时开始绘制各试验曲线。
预紧速度:试验开始时按照该设定值进行,达到预紧扭矩后按照选定速度走。
过载保护:当力值超过所选限制载荷的百分比达到该设定值时判断为过载,如果选择了“过载时自动停机”则将进行卸载,停止试验。
回0稳定时间:扭角由负值到正值时,不是直接回到正值,要先回零然后再回正值点,此过程时间为回0稳定时间。
限制扭矩:按照试验要求选取的最大扭矩值。

3、数值显示面板
该部分主要对采集的相关数据进行显示。
曲线显示面板
1、 通过选择面板上方的标签页可以在各曲线间切换,便于随时观察各曲线的情况。
2、 在曲线面板上用鼠标从左上方到右下方选中一个区域,即可对该区域进行放大。
3、 在曲线面板上用鼠标从右下方到左上方选中一个区域,即可还原到曲线的原始大小。
4、 在曲线面板上按住鼠标右键移动,可以任意方向移动曲线,还原方法同3。
5、 将鼠标放在某一曲线上,停留片刻,可以显示出当前鼠标位置处曲线上对应点的横纵坐标值。
5、操作面板
操作分为扭矩控制和扭角控制。 “开始”、“停止”、“正转”、“反转”等按键为试验过程控制按键。如:选中扭角控制下“开始”按键时,则试验面板下各速率按键均变灰表示进入试验控制状态。

导航栏:通过点击导航栏中的左右箭头按钮可以快速浏览历史记录。
新添记录:在每次做试验时要首先添加一条新记录,点击后会弹出添加记录窗口:
在该窗口中用户可以输入相关试验参数后,保存为一个模板,以便以后做同类试验时不必重复录入参数。也可以将一些不用的模板删除。
设置好试验参数后点击“确定”即完成一条记录的新建工作。
删除记录:若录入的记录无效,删除该记录。
保存数据:当用户在数据面板中修改了某些数据后,如果想要永久保存,那就需要点击保存按钮。
清除数据:若用户发现当前试验结果不正确,点击后即删除该试验数据。
试验操作流程
试验流程如下图示:
试验软件基本操作步骤:选择试验类型→系统参数设置→添加试验记录→试验测试→试验结束。
一、添加新记录
选择好检测方式并设定好相应参数后,下面切换到数据面板中,点击添加记录按钮:然后出现新建记录窗口,输入试验参数,点击保存模板。
选择测试点数,最多可以测试六个数据点,如果用户所测点少于六个的话,软件会自动将剩余点设为0,设定好各参数后,点“确定”返回主界面,此时还可以在数据面板中修改各参数。
二、试验测试
1、添加完新记录并设定好各试验参数后,手动调节移动座至合适位置(可以放置试件)后停止。
2、放置试件,为确保实验数据的准确性并保护试验仪器,请将试件放置在夹头中心位置。
3、在控制面板中点“开始”按键(若上次试验结果存在,要将此数据清除才可进行新试验)。
4、试验开始以后,用户一般不需要再进行其他的操作,程序会自动控制完成试验。万一出现异常情况,请在控制面板中点击“停止”按键。
四、试验结果
试验结束后会自动保存实验结果及试验曲线。如果试验完成后需打印报告,请在菜单栏中选择“视图”-〉“试验报告”。也可点击实验报告上方“导出报表”按键将报表以Word、Pdf等格式导出以便保存及日后查看。
五、数据标定
按计量法规定,本仪器一年标定一次,由计量部门进行。仪器通电三分钟后,用三等标准测力计进行标定,步骤如下。
(1)力值标定
将标准传感器与标准表连接,并置零。点击菜单栏“标定传感器”下“扭矩传感器”。如图示。选择一根1米长的横梁,固定在移动座上,用水平仪调整使其处于水平位置。
设置标定量程,一般为传感器满量程;设置标定的点数,是为了弥补传感器的非线性,根据传感器的情况选择合适的点数,一般选5点,满量程均布(满量程的20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)可修改各标定点的值。
点击 “开始标定”按钮,进入标定状态。
在横梁一端加一块标准砝码,点击“正转”按钮,当横梁再次回到水平位置时点击“确定”,电脑自动记录当时的采样值,点击“下一点”,再加一块砝码,进入下一点标定。
依次类似标定其他点,反方向标定类似操作,完成后点击“保存数据”。然后退出标定。
(2)扭角标定
点击菜单栏“标定传感器”下 “光电编码器”选项,弹出对话框如图示。
扭角为零时,点击“零位”按键,将主界面位移清零,选择扭角速率,拟定一扭角值,当扭角达到该值时,在光电编码器对话框输入实际扭角,点击 “确定”,则扭角标定结束。
常见故障分析
1、仪器无显示、不显示、不开机:检查仪器的电源线是否接好,电源开关是否打开,输入电压是否正常,仪器内部的保险丝是否完好。
2、 仪器显示但是没有力值或者位移显示有问题:检查传感器连接线是否连接好,传感器是否损坏。
3、仪器通讯中断:点击“联机”若仍未通讯上,检查仪器与电脑通讯线是否接好,电源开关是否打开,串口设置是否设置正确。
维护保养及注意事项
1、仪器控制器应避免酸碱盐及强烈振动的环境。
2、经常检查仪器的所有接线,保证可靠,不能松动、锈蚀等。
3、仪器正常使用,保修期为一年。
4、如出现重大故障应及时与厂家联系。
5、本仪器要求连接三相四线制电源,电源电压应稳定,干净,波动不大于5%。
6、本机各部位应时常擦拭干净,对没有喷漆的表面擦拭干净后用纱布沾少量的机油再擦一遍,以防止生锈。雨季更应该注意保养。
7、因仪器功能经常会升级,如本说明书与仪器实际功能不相符时,应以仪器为准。

收到仪器后及时进行安装和调试。
客户及时填写随仪器附配的《装箱单》寄交我公司。
保修范围
自购机之日起(以正式购机发票日期为准,如不能提供正式购机发票凭证的自《质保单》生效日期为准。
我公司对产品在出厂所配置的硬件第一年提供免费保修服务,第二年起收取备件成本费。
除以上标准服务项目外,客户可以选择服务升级项目(上门服务、延长免费维修期等),我厂公司将根据客户的服务需求定制服务方案。
注1:
若仪器有不正常情况发生,请勿继续使用,请与我公司技术中心联系,寻求服务。我公司最终处理结果通知不超过48小时。
注2:
当您需要我公司提供维修服务时,客户应对仪器中所有数据进行备份,客户同时提供故障产品的购买仪器发票(复印件)或《质保单》给我公司维修中心,客户需提供正确、详细的故障现象。
不保证范围:
a)
不能出示装箱单及发票(或复印件)或质保单经涂改,或与产品不符,或有虚假记录;
b)
不按照我公司提供的产品服务与操作指南中提示及警告的信息而造成的仪器损坏。
c)
因人为、意外、滥用、误用或不可抗力等因素如(自然灾害、电压不稳)导致产品物理损坏、零部件及芯片烧伤、摔坏、破裂、及外壳表面裂变等;
d)
超越产品本身性能进行操作引起的故障及意外因素或使用不当造成损坏;
e)
未经我原厂所配置的部件,我公司不承担保修义务;
f)
非我公司原厂所配置的部件,我公司不承担保修义务;
g)
仪器外壳、随机资料、及其他赠送产品不在保修范围内;
h)
超过产品规定保修期的;
i)
经销商承诺的服务及附加的配置,由经销商负责服务;
维修方式
客户需要通过我公司维修中心获得维修服务。
送修
客户负责将故障仪器送至我公司产品经销商处,也可以直接送到我公司维修中心。
寄修
请客户与经销商或我厂公司维修中心联系”确认”邮寄的方式和收件地址,然后将故障仪器、《装箱单》和购仪器的发票复印件一同打包寄发,请客户自行上保险,避免由于运输损坏,使您遭受不必要的损失(请注意:此项寄送费用由客户方承担,并请妥善保存寄送凭证);在收到您的故障仪器后,我厂公司进行全面维修,并在修复后寄还客户)。
本装箱单与发票同为保修凭证,请您妥善保存,遗失不补;本装箱单仅在中国大陆有效,我公司对该保修条款保留最终解释权。
国家法律规定的,我公司将遵照国家法律执行。
